About Zivira

Zivira eye drops and gel products are indicated as lubricants to relieve irritation and discomfort due to dryness of the eye or due to exposure to wind or sun.

Zivira products are prescription based used for treating symptoms of dry eye. Consult your doctor for advice on using any of the zivira products. Your doctor will decide the dose, duration, and frequency of zivira products for use depending on your age, body weight, and severity of your disease condition.


Warnings & Precautions

  • Do not use if allergic to any of the ingredients.
  • Do not swallow the solution.
  • Do not touch the nozzle tip or other dispensing tip to any surface since this may contaminate the solution.
  • Replace the cap immediately after use.
  • Use the solution within one month after opening the container.

NOT FOR INJECTION. FOR EXTERNAL USE ONLY.

  • Do not use if the seal is broken, the solution changes color, or it becomes cloudy.
  • If the eye tissue becomes more inflamed, red, irritated, or uncomfortable after using this product, immediately discontinue the product and consult an eye physician if necessary.
  • Keep out of reach of children.

ADVERSE EFFECTS

The following side effects may occur as below:

  • eye-stinging,
  • burning,
  • irritation or itching,
  • excessive tearing,
  • unusual eye secretions,
  • eye redness,
  • reduced sharpness of vision,
  • blurred vision,
  • sensitivity to light and dry eyes
